Project Manager

Project Overview:

This project seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Management Officer to lead the execution of the workstream “PoS Opportunity Mapping”. The ideal candidate will be an independent contractor with a track record of leading the mapping of digital initiatives throughout an organization.

Detailed Task Description

• The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

• The Contractor will receive access to all needed systems, documentation, contact Information and needed Information ahead of time.

• Identification of Digital initiatives: Creating a consistent strategy to map currently existing digital initiatives throughout the Innovation Unit. The contractor will work autonomously collecting and aggregating the collected data. The resulting “Digital initiatives inventory” will then be further analyzed and shaped to contribute to the other different workstreams in the project.

• Keeping track of mapping progress, identifying risks and challenges and proactively promoting mitigation measures.

• Mapping digital initiatives: Based on identified initiatives that are Provided by BI, creating a clear and aligned map of Initiatives along the IU value chain and inflection points. Reviewing and mapping existing change levers for the IU to achieve the goals set for the project in terms of ?Probability of success?.

• Agile Project Management: Include elements of Agile Project Management in the work with the other project workstreams.

• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with the main stakeholders in the execution of Digital initiatives mapping in order to manage the goals of the Project.

All Work will be made in the MS Suite environment and be handed over to BI for approval and further usage.
