Project Background
Boehringer Ingelheim is looking to Improve the Supply Chain for the CIA project and is looking to advance digital initiatives as well as improve current processes.
Detailed task description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
The Contractor will receive access to all needed systems, documentation, contact Information and needed Information ahead of time.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Value Creation: Creating a communication strategy that will allow the respective workstreams to conduct a comprehensive analysis and identify and prioritize high-value digital initiatives within the Innovation Unit. This is based on the contractor?s expertise in Transformation Management.
Roadmap Development: Based on the above mentioned identified initiatives, create a clear and actionable roadmap for digital transformation within the Human Pharma division. The roadmap should define key milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines and will be created in the MS Suite.
Process Optimization: Reviewing and maping existing change levers for the IU to achieve the goals set for the project in terms of ?Probability of success? for projects.
Project Management: Include elements of Agile Project Management in the work with the other project workstreams. Setting up the Communication and Transformation workstream based on Agile Project Management principles that can be aligned with the other elements of the project.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Develop a comprehensive communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process. This includes creating clear and concise documentation and presentations. Furthermore, elaborate the Communication plan, roadmap and deployment plan using elements of Change Management, with a clear focus on adaptability and flexibility over rigid pre-defined frameworks.
All Work will be made in the MS Suite environment and be handed over to BI for approval and further usage.
