The service is requested to coach the Engineering leadership team on positioning global Engineering within Global Facilities and Engineering(GFE), Enabling functions and towards the business partners. Elements such as implementation for the defined global organizational and team development for the leadership team are an integral part of this. The coaching has the purpose to build a common picture of what Engineering’s role, services, organizational set up and resources are available so that the leadership team and subsequently the next levels can drive the implementation into a truly global set up. It is also to identify the team?s strength and development opportunities, increase team efficiency and further build the bond of a global team with the regions.
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor and are based on the contractor’s own experience and expertise as team coach: Designing and preparing up to 3 two-day workshops in a face-to-face manner for the GFE Team. This includes organizing and material creation of the workshops:
a. Proposing session elements, gathering team input via MS outlook and MS Teams Meetings to create the agenda to drive engagement, prepare material
b. Prepare workshop onsite based on the approved plan
c. Conducting workshop with the goal of improving team cohesion and performance, managing discussions, summarizing key session outputs, and propose actions items for solutions based on the contractor’s experience and BI policies and practices
d. Provide summary of key session outputs and assessments after the workshop and hand over to BI
e. The design of workshop and agenda will be reviewed and approved by BI
All documents and the meetings will be managed in English
