Project Manager
The contractor will be introduced and onboarded into the project to get all necessary information, documents and guidelines about the project that are needed to deliver the service. SharePoint access will be granted to share project-related documents, guidelines, project plans and more details necessary to provide the required service for BI.
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
Being the main contact and managing the work package within the respective umbrella project for the dedicated building project based on the contractor?s expertise and experience.
Coordinate and plan the local IT implementation tasks to build local network infrastructure, workplace offices and video conference rooms in collaboration with IT INF (infrastructure) department.
Initiate and accompany that the technical concept for the local IT landscape are developed by the IT INF Work Stream Leads, based on the contractor?s expertise.
Administrate that Cost Calculation Sheet, which is subject to BI approval, are filled out completely in collaboration with the workstream leads.
Manage order requests (IT Spend Processes, Purchase Orders) and organize that the required processes are initiated or delegated accordingly.
Track major milestones in the project plan and escalate to the project manager whenever it's required. The contractor will receive the escalation process in advance.
Arrange and accompany that test reports, qualification documentation and approvals are generated and completed by IT INF Work Stream Leads according to BI SOPs. (Standard Operating Procedure)
Accompany the IT INF Work Stream Leads and the business during local RTP (Release to Production) processes and during the go-live phase.
Provide professional consulting during the handover process of the IT infrastructure landscape to the business, [Ready to Use]. Everything that is handed over is subject to BI review and approval.
The performance of the contractor has the goal to manage and maintain IT implementation tasks within tool JIRA according to specified project schedule of each building project.
