Project Name: Medical Content Framework
Project Description
The service is requested as part of the project Medical Content Franework. The project has the purpose to:
Delivery of valuable and personalized content to BI customers to help them achieve optimal patient care.
Continuous learning, insight generation and optimization of content and plans that will allow BI to consistently engage with its customers the way they want for their best experience, in line with global strategy.
Because BI does not have this internal Project Management expertise, BI is in need of an external Contractor.
Detailed task description
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:
The Contractor will receive access to all needed documentation, contact information and accesses ahead of time.
Project activities will be tracked in MS Project or JIRA
Defining project scope: Identifying the goals, objectives, and deliverables of the project, as well as any constraints, risks, or assumptions.
Developing project plans: Creating detailed plans for executing the project, including timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and task assignments. The plans will be created in MS Project or Excel
Managing project teams: Managing the work of teams responsible for implementing the framework, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing goal steering, checking to see that team members have the necessary skills and resources, communicating expectations clearly, and resolving conflicts.
Managing the Project team so that the end-to-end data management framework is implemented in accordance with established guidelines and standards, including data privacy and security, data quality, and regulatory compliance
Implementing of the medical content framework & improvements in data management practices.
Communicating with stakeholders: Communicating with all relevant stakeholders and informing about the project progress, risks, and issues, and addressing any concerns or questions via MS Teams and Outlook
Managing project risks: Identifying potential risks to the project's success and developing plans to mitigate said risks.
Checking for compliance: Aligning the project with relevant regulations, policies, and standards, such as data privacy laws or industry best practices.
Monitoring project performance: Measuring progress against project plans, identifying variances, and taking corrective action on variances.
Closing out the project: Checking on all project deliverables for on time and within budget completion, conducting a post-project review in the form Power Point Presentation, and transitioning the framework to ongoing operations and maintenance via documentation.
Key skills
• MUST HAVE Extensive experience in the Medical Affairs area as a Project Manager.
• Proven Project Management experience managing a diverse team.
• PMI Certification.
• Must have Prior Experience working with a pharmaceutical company.
• Nice to have: Able to travel on-site once every two months, but not required.
• English Required.
