Customer Business Planning (CBP) tool in MS excel development

Project description

The project has the purpose of fine-tuning the Customer Business Planning (CBP) tool in excel in by improving functionalities and look & feel of the end-user interface. This will be still an "offline" tool, there is no need to integrate this tool with other BI systems, nor external data sources. The excel tool is already been developed, now it requires only final improvements to achieve the required outcome. This will be an excel tool, as an "offline" tool, no need for integration with BI systems

The list of required tasks within the project:

-   independently review and analyze current status of development & benchmark against the role model delivered by BI

-   document the results of the analysis and create draft of key changes to be made for handover to BI, which BI will review and approve

-   independently develop key changes approved by BI

- independently connect & create linkages between different tabs & sub-tools in CBP

- independently create excel macros to "customize" the outcome of CBP

- independently improve look & feel of end user interface to make it easier to navigate

-   provide an example/sample of excel tools with agreed changes for a final BI approval

Timelines to be kept

The final CBP tool has to be developed by end March 2021 and send back to BI.
