Change Management Consultant
The focus of the assignment will be on IT Enterprise Data & Platforms area. The teams have different levels of experience with Agile ways of working. BI IT EDP chapter needs external know how to skill up the internal colleagues with the knowledge needed.
Background to the assignment
The Contractor will provide following services based on his previous expertise & expertise in the Agile Coaching field.
Gather information from the IT EDP transformation team, the relevant product teams and leaders to prepare and conduct workshops for the product teams & leadership. Information will be presented to the Contractor in the form of initial introductory meetings. The Workshops includes 15+ participants from IT EDP + Business Areas and will be held on site/ virtually.
Consulting the IT EDP transformation team and the Scrum and Agile Coaching Chapter on the way forward for the Agile transformation. The Consultancy will be based on the contractor own experience and new best practices as well as new strategies.
Consulting the product teams & providing recommendations on improvements of new agile methodologies & implementing this for the product team, explaining to the Product teams how to make further improvements and how to implement new strategies. The Consultancy will be based on the contractor own experience and State of the Art Agile Methodologies. The Improvements will be suggested by the Contractor and approved by BI.
Analyzing the outcomes of workshops and defining the next steps and consulting on how to implement the action items. The next steps will be determined based on the Contractor?s analysis of the workshop outcomes as well as his/her experience and expertise.
Consulting on existing best practices and standards based on the contractor own expertise in order to shape the transformation.
Tracking and documenting action items in the Team’s Backlog in order to have a transformation status. The Contractor will track the implementation of the improvements and submit to BI for further review and approval.
Coaching internal Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches individually, via MS Teams virtually, on all the aspects of the Agile Coaching competency framework, as well as Agile frameworks & methods like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean Agile, Less, Liberating structures.
Consulting the leadership teams on the different ways of working & leading people. the Consultancy will be based on the contractor own experience and State of the Art Agile Methodologies.
The Contractor will be attending weekly to monthly ceremonies in order to overlook and be able to see how the existing Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches work , but is not included in the Product team itself nor will he/she be attending every Ceremony. After the Contractor has attended the specific Ceremony they are free to leave the meeting and will not be part of any further internal topics.
Creating a summary of key session outputs and observations after the workshop and hand over to BI via Teams for review and further usage.
